Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Wilmoth Hunter, 85, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., Tuesday from 12 Noon - 8 P.M., and again on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at NHC Healthcare in Cookeville, TN. She was born July 20, 1934, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Lee Stafford and Lula Cantrell Stafford. She was a housewife, and a member of the Dodson Branch Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband: James Wilmoth; and her Husband: Boone Hunter. Survivors include 4 Sons: Jimmy (Linda) Wilmoth of Bloomington Springs, TN, James Lee Wilmoth of Nashville, TN, Tony (Marilyn) Wilmoth of Cookeville, TN, and Jeff Wilmoth of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Carolyn (JD) Phillips of Cookeville, TN, and Cathy (Bobby) Wilmoth of Cookeville, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Jonathan, Jamie, Jennifer, and Lucas; and 3 Great Grandchildren.
