Gerald "Gerry" Madison

Mr. Gerald "Gerry" Madison, 68, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at his residence. The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home at this time. He was born June 11, 1949, in Hudson, NY, to the late Edward Madison and Agnes Allen. On August 24, 1968, he was married to Carolyn Madison, who survives. He worked in parks and recreation maintenance. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved old country music and being with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Step-Father: Raymond Allen; 3 Sisters: Marilyn Columbo, Linda Butler, and Helen Hamm; and 1 Son-in-Law: Jerry Soules. Survivors include his Wife: Carolyn Madison of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Daughters: Denise (David James) Harris of Silver Point, TN, Deirdre (David) Soules of Baxter, TN, Dorothy (Jason) Lee of Baxter, TN, and Adeline (Anthony) Barnes of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Jay Lee, Justin Soules, Logan Lee, and Matthew Soules; 1 Great Granddaughter: Emerson Nicole Lee; 3 Brothers: Edward Madison of Hudson, NY, David Madison of Hudson, NY, and Bruce (Virginia) Madison of Hudson, NY; 1 Sister: Arlene (Bud) Mitchell of Utah; and Special Friend: Brandon Dick of Lebanon, TN.
