George Ramsey, Jr.

George Ramsey, Jr. was born September 11, 1961 in Chicago. IL and he passed away at NHC Heatlhcare Center in Cookeville on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at the age of 60. George was the son of George Floyd Ramsey, Sr. and Virgie Marie Lee Ramsey. He was member of the New Hope Community Church and a roofer. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Eva K. Ramsey Osborne. Survivors include his niece: Pamela (Michael) Wasill of Gainesboro; nephew: Johnny Loftis, sisters, Carolyn Caruthers of Cookeville, Donna Ramsey of FL. Other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will on Sunday, February 13, 2022, 9 am to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Lakelan Barham officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
