Gabriel Joseph Lile

Gabriel “ Gabe” Joseph Lile was born August 13, 2001 in Greenville, Illinois, Lived in Gainesboro, TN, and passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN at the age of 23.

He was the son of Matthew Lile and Marissa Price. Gabe worked doing cyber security and computer engineering for Spatial Front contracted by the U.S. Government.

Preceded in death by his grandparents Linda and Frank Murphy, Grandfather Jack Lile, and Uncle Brantley Painter

Survivors include his Father Matthew ( Sherry) Lile of Illinois; Mother Marissa Price of Tennessee; Grandparents; Kathy and Wayne Draper of Illinois; Brothers: Trevor Draper, Gavin Lile, Lawson Springer of Illinois; Sister: Juliauna (Anthony Defalco) Lile of Tennessee; Bonus parents: Angela ( Chris) Keyton of Tennessee; Bonus siblings : Blaine Keyton, Colin Keyton, Calista Keyton of Tennessee and Desmon Keyton of Oklahoma; Niece Skylah Defalco of Tennessee; Nephew Camden Draper of Illinois. Many other relatives and friends also survive.

Gabe graduated from Jackson County High School in 2019 and graduated from Western Governors University with two bachelors degrees in cyber security and computer engineering in 2022

Gabe loved everyone he came in contact with and pointed out things he thought looked nice on anyone he was around. Gabe was in the 1% of people that could donate his organs to save lives with his own. Gabe enjoyed hiking so much he hiked the Grand Canyon. Gabe liked to travel and see the world. He enjoyed being around his family and friends. Gabe was ecstatic that he had a Niece and Nephew to share his life with.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 12 noon to 2 P.M. at the funeral home.

A second memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, January 4th, 2024, at 2 P.M at Mac’s downtown banquet hall 315 belle street, Alton, Illinois, 62002
