Funeral services for Mr. Frank Williams, 71, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, November 30, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Williams passed away on Friday, November 27, 2009, at his residence. He was born October 6, 1938, in South Carolina, to the late Lloyd and Mary Williams. He was a retired Jackson County Executive. He was a former president of Citizens Club, and the former plant manager of Gainesboro Manufacturing Co. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Helen. Survivors include the Mother of his Children: Edna Williams of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons: Steve (Janet) Harvey of Celina, TN, and Lloyd (Joanna) Williams of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Jackie (Paul) Rush and Sheri (Craig) Lindberg, all of Gainesboro, TN; 6 Grandchildren: Justin Harvey, Charles Lindberg, Lacy Lindberg, Nicholas Rush, Tanner Harvey, and Anna Claire Williams; 1 Great-Grandchild: Selah Harvey; and 3 Brothers: Bobby Williams, Pee Wee Williams, and Pat Williams, all of South Carolina.
