Fannie Ruth Gribble

Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Ruth Gribble, 73, of Celina, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, August 5, at the Celina Church of Christ in Celina, TN. Burial will follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery in Celina, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 P.M. - 9 P. M., and on Saturday after 9 A.M. at the Celina Church of Christ. Mrs. Gribble passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born August 7, 1932, in Clay County to the late Robert (Bob) & Ollie Mae Collins Atchley. She was a retired employee of the Tennessee Department of Human Services and served as the Circuit Court Clerk in Clay County from 1976 - 1980. Mrs. Gribble was a member of the Celina Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Clyde and Claude Atchley. Survivors include 1 Son: Robert (Glenda) Gribble of Cookeville, TN; 2 Brothers: Billy Ray (Joy) Atchley of Celina, TN, and Paul (Faye) Atchley of the Timothy Community of Overton County, TN; 2 Sisters: Katherine (Alva) Sherrell and Rosa Nell (Frank) Marsh of Sparta, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Emily (Jonathan) Wood of Spring Hill, TN, and Curtis Gribble of Nashville, TN; Nieces and Nephews: Greg (Carlotta) Atchley, Kent (Tina) Atchley, Rhonda (Lewis) Gooding, Lori Rae (Jerry) Arms, and Vickie (Jimmy) Logan; and 3 Special Great Nieces: Carleigh Brooke, Kylee, and Katie.
