Mrs. Evelyn Mae Matthews Lee, 78, of Baxter, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2005, at her residence in Baxter. The family has chosen cremation, and memorial services will be scheduled at a later date. She was born June 27, 1927, in Wyano, Pennsylvania, to Faye Matthews and the late Jack Matthews. Mrs. Lee was a homemaker, and was a member of the Baxter United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband: Bill Lee of Baxter, Tennessee; 1 Son & Daughter-in-Law: James & Donna Lee of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania; 3 Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Becky & Bob Berrier of Lancaster, PA, Amy & Mitchel West of Gainesboro, TN, and Diana & Kirk Roth of Nashville, TN; her Mother: Faye Matthews of Mechanicsburg, PA; 2 Brothers: Dan Matthews of Pennsylvania and Donald Matthews of Georgia; 3 Sisters: Nancy Adams, Ruth Ann George, and Billie Faye Noone, all of Pennsylvania; 9 Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Grandchildren also survive.
