Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Gale Henson, 52, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, December 9, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Shipley Cemetery on Shipley Church Road in Putnam County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 P.M. to 8 P.M., and on Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at her residence. She was born August 25, 1964, in Chicago, IL, to Elizabeth Jackson and the late Ray Williams. On January 26, 2007, she was married to Charles Lee Henson, who survives. She was a deli clerk at Wal-Mart. She loved her dogs and enjoyed fishing. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Christopher Merritt; her Maternal Grandmother: Eva Jackson; and Aunt: Nola Cordoza. Survivors include her Husband: Charles Lee Henson of Cookeville, TN; 3 Sons: Vincent Palafox of Cookeville, TN, Jonathan Palafox of Kannapolis, NC, and Justin Palafox of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Amber (Jed) Bowman of Cookeville, TN; her Mother: Elizabeth Jackson of Cookeville, TN; 2 Brothers: Noel Williams of Cookeville, TN, and Patrick Merritt of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sisters: Robin Holguin and Mary Martinez, both of Albuquerque, NM; and 7 Grandchildren.
