Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel M. Buck Stafford, 99, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 P.M. - 9 P. M. and on Sunday from 12 Noon until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born August 7, 1911, in Jackson County, TN, to the late James Bedford Buck and Tennie L. Odum Buck. She was married to the late Raymond E. Stafford. She was a retired factory worker, and a member of the Hurricane Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 5 Brothers: Comer C. Buck, Jewel Buck, Domer Buck, Draper Buck, and Aaron Buck; and 2 Sisters: Mamie Buck Stafford and Rose Tomes. Survivors include 1 Son: Troy R. Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Danny Richmond Stafford and Kevin Darell Stafford; and 3 Great Grandchildren. Bro. Jimmy Anderson and Bro. James W. Bybee will officiate at the services.
