Ester Mae Langford

Funeral services for Mrs. Ester Mae Langford, 73, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, March 30, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Langford Family Cemetery in Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Monday from 11 A.M until time of services. Mrs. Langford passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born October 9, 1935, in Clay County, TN, to the late Ambrose and Kate Dailey Dulworth. On November 26, 1952, she was married to Earl Langford, who survives. She was a retired dietary supervisor at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Elbert Dulworth and Delbert Dulworth; and 1 Sister: Ethelene Smitch.. Survivors include her Husband: Earl Langford of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Barbara Cantrell of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sons: Lester (Debbie) Langford of Cookeville, TN, and Dwight (Mary) Langford of the Dodson Branch Community of Jackson County, TN; 6 Grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Jason, Christopher, Daniel and Kayla; and 1 Sister: Betty Tracy of Portland, TN.
