Funeral services for Mrs. Estelle Haney, 94, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, February 8, 2010, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2010, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born October 22, 1915, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Haywood and Nannie Jones Stafford. She was married to the late Frank Goolsby and D.A. Haney. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Gainesboro Church of Christ. In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Ernest Goolsby; 1 Daughter: Rhoda Ann Gammons; 3 Brothers: Leon, Sam, and Cleve Stafford; and 1 Sister: Jo Richardson. Survivors include 1 Granddaughter: Mary Ann (Roger) Matthews of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister: Betty Stafford of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Bro.
