Funeral services for Eddie Royce Dyer, 70, of Bloomington Springs, TN, will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born July 26, 1951, in Detroit, MI, to the late JD Dyer and Myrtle Haney Dyer. He worked as an auto mechanic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Doug Dyer and Russell Dyer. Survivors include 2 Sons: Austin Dyer of Gainesboro, TN, and Eddie Lee Dyer of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Lisa Johnson of Manchester, TN; 1 Brother: Jim Dyer of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sisters: Shirley Mee of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Gayle Hogue of Spencer, TN; 3 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.
