Eddie J. Chaffin

Eddie J. Chaffin was born January 26, 1948 in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Mabry Healthcare and Rehab in Gainesboro at the age of 73. Eddie was the son of A.J. and Vodle Ballard Chaffin. He was an auto body shop owner and affiliated with the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Wanda Haney Chaffin who died October 10, 2001. Survivors include his daughter, Tina (Bo) Davis of Gainesboro; sister, Nola Allen of Cookeville; grandsons, Jared Bo Davis and Justin A.J. Davis both of Gainesboro. Private family graveside services will be held at the Mansell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the Mansell Cemetery by contacting the funeral home.
