He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his girlfriend: Anna Sagraves of Gainesboro, TN; son: Darrell Rhea of Milton, FL; daughters: Aleshia Rhea of Cookeville, TN, Denise Seeber of Oak Ridge, TN, sister, Darlene Smith and eight grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends who also survive.
Honoring his wishes Duane’s family has chosen cremation.
