She was the daughter of Bille Gene Hemontoler and Dorothy Lee Scantland Webb.
Preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Harlon Dwayne Webb of Smyrna, TN.
Survivors include her sister, Tracey (Kyle) Cantrell of Mt. Juliet, TN.
Her family has chosen cremation.
