Funeral services for Mr. Donnie Reece Jones, 51, of Baxter, TN; will be held Monday, February 15, 2010 from the chapel of Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 noon until time of the service at 3 P.M. He passed away on Friday, February 12, 2010 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born July 14, 1958 in Jackson County, TN, to Roberta Steward and the late Herman R. Jones. On December 7, 2009 he was married to Kara R. Jones who survives. He was a maintenance worker with the city of Cookeville, and was affiliated with the New Hope Baptist church in Gainesboro. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 1 Step-son: Kyle Hunter Lynn of Baxter, TN; 1 Step-daughter: Lauren Kendra Beckham of Baxter, TN; 1 Brother: Michael T. Jones of Baxter, TN; 1 Sister: Anna Jean Wilson of Lavergne, TN; 3 Brothers-in-law: Jackie Wilson, Robert D. Murray, and K.C. Lynn.
