Funeral services for Donnie Ray “Jedd” Boles, 64, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020, at 12 Noon at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Boles and Stacey Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born October 1, 1955, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Charlie Boles and Margie Stacey Boles. He was a farmer, and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Frances Irene Boles; 1 Brother: R.C. Boles; and 1 Sister: Darlene Pennington. Survivors include 1 Son: Jeffery Boles of Lebanon, TN; 1 Daughter: Crystal Rogers of Algood, TN; 1 Brother: Lonnie Boles of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Sisters: Mary Lee Boles Johnson of Celina, TN, Ona B. Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN, Ruby Phillips of Gainesboro, TN, and Lucy Pyles of Monticello, KY; Grandchild: Stormi Rogers of Algood, TN; and Step Children: Samantha Rogers, Jesse Rogers, and Adrianna Rogers, all of Algood, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
