Funeral services for Donnie Joel Gentry, 46, of Cookeville, TN, will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 1 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born May 27, 1975, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Donald Earl Gentry and Myrtie Odesia Pryor Gentry. He was a Christian. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Half Brother: Jim Gentry; and Half Sister: Joy Wilson. Survivors include 1 Son: Dillon Joel Gentry of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Haley Shea-Lynn Gentry of Cookeville, TN, and Kaylee Michelle Brooke Gentry of Sparta, TN; 2 Sisters: Angie Crow of Cookeville, TN, and Tammy Pennington of Gainesboro, TN; and an unborn grandchild.
