Donna Lee Looker was born December 12, 1957 in Maine and she passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at her residence in Dodson Branch Community at the age of 66.
She was the daughter of August Schimenek. Mrs. Looker was a registered nurse.
Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Eric Schimenek.
Survivors include her sons, Steven Anthony Looker and Joseph Albert Looker both of Cookeville; grandchildren, Sienna Avalee Luna and Gregory Oscar Rollins.
Family has chosen cremation with no services scheduled.
Memorials may be made to the Putnam County Humane Society.
