Mr. Delbert B. Hicks, 63, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at his residence in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. He was born May 4, 1954 in Oliver Springs, TN to the late Frank and Onie Hicks. He was a factory worker in the flooring industry. He loved talking on his CB radio and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Phillip Bridges; and 2 Sisters: Darlene Burris and Bonnie Peters. He is survived by 3 Sons: Jeremy Simpson of Rickman, TN; David Simpson of Cookeville, TN; and Timmy Dale Hicks of Georgia; 1 Daughter: Mary Ann Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: William French of Oliver Springs, TN; and His Caregiver: Janice Hicks of Cookeville, TN. 14 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild also survive.
