Debra Payne Edwards was born December 30, 1963, in Okemah, OK, and she passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her residence in Gainesboro, TN, at the age of 59.
She was the daughter of the late Bob and Alice Payne. On July 4, 2016, she was married to Russell Edwards, who survives. She worked as a truck driver, cook, and chicken wrangler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Grandparents; Brothers: Ronnie and James Payne; and Son: Isreal Bilbrey.
Survivors include her Husband: Russell Edwards of Gainesboro, TN; Sons: Nathan Blakley and Joie Blakley; Daughters: Elizabeth Blakley and Betty Lou Blakley; Brother: Len Payne; Sister: Kathryn Lee; and Grandchildren: Alice Margaret Blakley, Riley Blakley, Tayla Blakley, Zepplin Blakley, Jasmine Blakley, and Kevin Blakley.
The family has chosen cremation, with no services at this time.
