Funeral services for Mrs. Deborah Ann Reed, 50, of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, January 17, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery in the Flynns Lick community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 10 P.M. and Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Reed passed away on Monday, January 14, 2008, at her residence. She was born August 22, 1957, in Jasper, TN, to Lillie Carver and Leo Chaffin. On March 16, 1995, she was married to George Eldridge Reed, who survives. She was a housewife, a loving mother, and wife. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by 1 Son: Burch Lain Kirby, Jr.; and 2 Grandchildren: Justin Reed Whitehead and an infant grandson. Survivors include her husband: George Eldridge Reed of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN; 2 Sons: Raymond Lee Kirby of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN, and Scottie Brown of Baxter, TN; 4 Daughters: Christy Renee Mace and Krystal Lynn Cooper, both of Rickman, TN; Amanda Faye Whitehead of Silver Point, TN; and Kimberly Sue Clark of Gainesboro, TN; her parents: Lillie Carver and Leo Chaffin of Eagleville, TN; 2 Brothers: Edward Morgan Toney of Monterey, TN, and Earnest Doyle Chaffin of Murfreesboro, TN; 2 Sisters: Ruby Jewell of Jasper, TN, and Alice Lorene Chaffin of Eagleville, TN; and 15 Grandchildren: Christopher Owen Kirby, Lloyd Timons Watkins, Shawn Douglas Fletcher, Tabatha Nicole Fletcher, Shelbie Lynn Edmonds, Dakota Alan Cooper, Lillie Marion Cooper, Jessie Lain Kirby, Ethan Christopher Kirby, Thomas Irven Whitehead, Ajay Eldridge Whitehead, Delainy Faith Elizabeth Brown, Emma Grace Leann Brown, Gage Alan Clark, and Kairalyn Jade Clark.
