Memorial services for Mr. Davie Meadows, 72, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at 1:30 P.M. at the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery. The family has chosen cremation. He passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. He was born October 4, 1938, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Willie T. Meadows and Ella Terry Meadows. He was married to Velda Meadows, who survives. He was a factory worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Willie Clay and Junior Meadows. Survivors include his Wife: Velda Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Stephen Anderson of Mt. Juliet, TN; 1 Daughter: Darla Woodford of Paducah, KY; 4 Grandchildren: Cody Woodford, Jodi Woodford, Stephanie Anderson and Eddie Anderson; 1 Brother: Tom Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister: Sue Carmack of Gainesboro, TN.
