Funeral services for Daniel "Boomer" Stafford 59, of Baxter, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, June 16, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born October 18, 1954, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Sam and Hallie Biggs Stafford. He worked in commercial construction. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Sam and Hallie Biggs Stafford; 2 Brothers: George Dillard Stafford and Sam Dow Stafford; and 2 Sisters: JoHelen Hammock and Mae Ellen Mayberry. Survivors include: 1 Daughter: Danielle Stafford; 2 Brothers: Jack (Dora) Stafford and Paul (Moline) Stafford, both of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Sisters: Bonnie Phann of Baxter, TN; Frances Keith of Nashville, TN; Janie Uhles of Smith County, TN; and Sarah Harp of Sparta, TN; and A Special Friend: Virginia Stafford of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. . Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
