Dan Stafford

Dan Stafford was born June 13, 1948, in Clay County, TN and he passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 74.

He was the son of the late Willie Edward Stafford and Betty Olene Boles Stafford. He was a factory worker at Nielsen, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. He was a resident of Gainesboro, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Sisters: Ruby Richardson and Pat Rector; and Nephew: Randall Richardson.

Survivors include his Special Brother: Trenton Stafford of Cookeville, TN; Sisters: Jo Ann Williams and Faye Stafford, both of Cookeville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 1 P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church in Gainesboro, TN, with Bro. Randy Heady officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 Noon until time of services at the church. The family has chosen cremation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital by contacting the funeral home.
