Daffo R. Gilpatrick

Funeral services for Mrs. Daffo R. Gilpatrick, 85, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, September 20, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 P.M. - 7 P.M., and on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Gilpatrick passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2007, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born April 12, 1922, in Jackson County, to the late Carlos William and Martha Mahaney Rhoten. She was married to the late Joseph Walter Gilpatrick, who passed away July 6, 1987. She was a housewife and a member of the Gainesboro Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Jimmy Gilpatrick; 2 Brothers: Donald and Willis Rhoten; and 1 Sister: Rosie Heroth. Survivors include 2 Brothers: John and Billy Rhoten, both of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister: Julia Doris Rhoten Stafford of Livonia, MI. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
