Funeral services for Mrs. Connie Faye Stafford Rhodes, 48, of Walls, Mississippi, will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 27, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone Community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9 A.M until time of services. Mrs. Rhodes passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto in Southaven, Mississippi. She was born May 18, 1960, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Earnest L. Stafford and Willa Dean Caruthers Hammock. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Donnie Stafford. Survivors include 2 Sons: Robert Monroe Rhodes and Jonathan L. Rhodes, both of Walls, Mississippi; 1 Daughter: Amanda Faye Rhodes of Walls, Mississippi; Step-Father: Earl Hammock of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Brothers: Steven (Teri Jo) Hammock of Gordonsville, TN, and Chris Hammock of Bloomington Springs, TN; 1 Sister-in-law: Grace Stafford of Hilham, TN; and 1 Sister: Vicky (Harold) Flatt of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Don Bryant and Bro. Johnny Dennis will officiate at the services.
