Claron Eugene Pippin

Funeral services for Mr. Claron Eugene Pippin, 67, of Rock Island, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, December 2, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Pippin passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born July 18, 1940, in Jackson County, Tennessee, to the late Fred Garrison Pippin and Mary Putty Pippin. He was a sanitation worker for the town of Monterey, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Millard Pippin, James Pippin, and Freddie Pippin; and 3 Sisters: Pearl Phillips, Betty Dyer, and Milbrey Barnes. Survivors include his Wife: Yolanda Pippin of Rock Island, TN; 1 Son: Jason Pippin of Rock Island, TN; 1 Daughter: Jennifer Pippin of Rock Island, TN; 1 Grandson: Randy Pippin; 1 Brother: Avert Pippin of California; and 2 Sisters: Mary Haney of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Minnie Lou Lewis of Washington state.
