Funeral services for Chuck Case, 47, of Jamestown, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, March 23, 2020, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020, in Carthage, TN. He was born July 13, 1972, in Nashville, TN, to John Wayne Case and Joann Vadner Cotham. On December 12, 2017, he was married to Anna Marie Saylor Case, who survives. He worked as an Amazon driver, and was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his Wife: Anna Marie Saylor Case of Jamestown, TN; 3 Sons: Christopher Case of Murfreesboro, TN, Timothy (Susan) Saylor of Nashville, TN, and Robbie (Clarisse) Mealer of Murfreesboro, TN; 3 Daughters: Caitlen Case of Lebanon, TN, Amanda (Billy) Auberry of Crossville, TN, and Ishia (Gage) Curtis of Christina, TN; his Father: John Wayne Case; his Mother: Joann Vadner Cotham; 2 Sisters: Betty Case and Katrina Armstrong, both of Nashville, TN; 19 Grandchildren; Beloved Grandchildren: Colton Case, Dakota Case, Sage Case, and Kaytlin Bowman; Uncle: Billy Ray Case of Lebanon, TN; and Aunts: Mary Columbo of Lebanon, TN, Judy Sexton of Mt.
