Funeral services for Chris "Peck" Martin, 41, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M. and on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born March 25, 1974, in Jackson County, TN, to Danny and Jenny Martin. He worked in construction, including vinyl siding and roofing. He was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Julie Martin; his Maternal Grandfather: Gene Trisdale; and his Paternal Grandparents: Thurman and Avon Martin. Survivors include his Parents: Danny and Jenny Martin of Gainesboro, TN; his Grandmother: Ruby Trisdale of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Uncles: Billy Martin of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Wayne Martin of Gainesboro, TN; and 2 Aunts: Wava Allen of Gainesboro, TN, and Kay Jordan of Gainesboro, TN.
