Mr. Charles "Chuck" Sokolosky, 69, of Granville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He had chosen cremation. He was born January 10, 1950, in Fairmont, WV, to the late Edward Sokolosky and Phyllis Strother Sokolosky. He was married for 33 years to Rose Sokolosky, who survives. He was the owner of Smith County Coatings. Survivors include his Wife: Rose Sokolosky of Granville, TN; 3 Children: Angela Dawn Hickman of Pleasant Shade, TN, Jeremiah Shane (Shanessa) Sokolosky of Lebanon, TN, and Michael Joseph Sokolosky of St. Petersburg, FL; 1 Brother: Joseph (Nancy) Sokolosky of Rachel, WV; 2 Sisters: Cheri Sokolosky of High Point, NC and Cathy Sokolosky of Rachel, WV; 11 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
