Charlene Ann West

Charlene Ann West was born September 24, 1948, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024, at her residence in Bloomington Springs, TN at the age of 76.

She was the daughter of the late Ray Alferd Flatt and Celia Fox Flatt. Charlene was a member of the Rock Castle Emmanuel Church. She retired from being an interviewer for the Tennessee Careers Center.

Charlene was a dedicated Christian who always led by example and loved being with her church family. Everyone that knew Charlene was aware of her love for the Lord. She took pride in her family and her faith. She will leave a void in the lives of all that knew her.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Billy Clyde West.

Survivors include her sons: Tim West of Bloomington Springs, TN and Joe (Sue) West of Bloomington Springs, TN; brothers: Jesse Flatt of Cookeville, TN and Alfred Flatt of Gainesboro, TN and Arvil Flatt of Gainesboro, TN and Harold Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; sister: Donnettia Johnson of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren: Jamie West, Rayan West, Jordan West, Corey West, and Raven West.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 4 PM until 8 PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 10 AM. until time of services. Funeral Services will begin on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 3 PM in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Interment will be at Flatt- Woolbright Cemetery with Bro. Fabron Nicholson officiating.
