Cecil Odell Lemons was born July 1, 1951, in Overton County, TN, and he passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 72.
He was the son of the late Albert Richard Lemons and Melba Davis Allen. On December 21, 1972, he married Nancy Castor Lemons who survives. He was retired.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather: John E Neely; half-brother: Mike Neely; half-sister: Dixie Jayne Lemons.
Survivors include his wife: Nancy Lemons of Cookeville, TN; fur baby: Jack; half-brother: Thomas Neely of Livingston, TN; half-sister: Judy Hill of Lebanon, TN.
The family has chosen cremation.
