Cathy Hopkins

Cathy Hopkins was born June 14, 1949 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Wednesday February 9, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 72. Cathy was the daughter of Oliver Clay Hopkins and Jewel Lean Frizzell Hopkins. She was a CNA. She was preceded in death by her father Clay Hopkins, brother, Oliver Clay Hopkins, Jr. Survivors include three sons, Oliver (Christy) Lynch of Gainesboro, Randall (Kisa) Biggs of Rickman and Dustin (Melina) Biggs of Cookeville, mother, Jewel Hopkins of Gainesboro, special friend, Mounce Jackson of Cookeville; grandchildren, Miley Hix, Adalynn Biggs, Kyndall Cox, Harper Biggs, Alesha Fisk and Austin Cody. Other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home and again on Friday 10 am to 2 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Pharris Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital by contacting the funeral home.
