She was born May 26, 1957, in Middletown, OH, to the late Ova Johnston and Mae Miller Johnston. She was married to Rodney G. Hales, who survives. She worked as an RN. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Ova and Mae Miller Johnston. Survivors include her Husband: Rodney G.
