Carol Sue Sevier was born September 28, 1961 and she passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at her residence in Gainesboro at the age of 61.
Carol was the daughter of Luther T. Hammock and Julia Idell Anderson Hammock. She was a homemaker and mother to Kristin. She was a resident of the Burristown Community.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Kaitlin Sevier.
Survivors include her daughter, Kristin (Jamie Hensley) Sevier of Gainesboro; sister, Angela Kaye Beach of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Noah Simmons, Rylan Stafford and Graysen Hensley.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, 3 to 7 pm and Wednesday, July 12, 2023 10 am to 1 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 1 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating. Burial will follow in Lynn Cemetery.
