Funeral services for Mr. Carl F. Allen, 80, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Allentown Cemetery in Gainesboro. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Wednesday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2018, at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. He was born November 11, 1938, in Gainesboro, TN, to the late Lewis K. Allen and Betty Ann Allen. He worked as a drill operator in road construction, and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son: Lewis Wayne Allen; and 3 Brothers: Douglas Allen, Clay Allen, and Donald Eugene Allen. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Lisa Hammock of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Sarah Hammock, Kayla Allen, and Tabitha Crawley; 2 Great Grandchildren: Desteny and Austin Crawley; 2 Brothers: Ralph Allen of CA, and Paul (Carolyn) Allen of AL; 1 Sister: Barbara (Robert) Nemore of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister-in-Law: Mildred Allen of Gainesboro, TN.
