Funeral services for Mr. Braxton "B.D." Meadows, 84, of Bloomington Springs, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, February 17, 2020, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Young Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020, at NHC Health Care in Cookeville, TN. He was born October 15, 1935, in Gainesboro, TN, to the late Mark Meadows and Lottie Rhoten Meadows. He was married to A.V. Meadows, who survives. He was a hardware store owner and brick mason, and served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Ogle C. Meadows. Survivors include his Wife: A.V. Meadows of Bloomington Springs, TN; 1 Son: Paul (Judy) Meadows of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Grandsons: Travis Meadows of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Shawn (Beth) Meadows of Murfreesboro, TN; a future Great Grandbaby; and 1 Sister in Law: Carol Meadows of Algood, TN.
