Billy Wayne Mayberry

Billy Wayne Mayberry, 59, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at his residence. The family has chosen cremation, with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. He was born August 28, 1960, in Putnam County, TN, to the late Claude Mayberry and Madaline Pryor Mayberry. On July 12, 1989, he was married to Sandy Jo Haney Mayberry, who survives. He worked for the Jackson County School System and Cookeville Regional Medical Center throughout his life. He enjoyed travelling, especially cruises and the casino. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son: Billy Joe Mayberry; and 2 Brothers. Survivors include his Wife: Sandy Jo Haney Mayberry of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Sons: Randy (Jennifer) Mayberry, Ronnie (Andrea) Mayberry, and Raymond (Savannah) Mayberry, all of Jackson County, TN; 2 Daughters: Anna (Thomas) Goodwin of Jackson County, TN, and Emily (John) Kimberly of Hopkinsville, KY; 3 Brothers; 3 Sisters; 11 Grandchildren; and his Father and Mother in Law: Raymond and Louise Haney of Gainesboro, TN. A host of family and special friends also survive, many from Cookeville Regional Medical Center 4 East and 6 East floor.
