Billy R. Bown

Mr. Billy R. Bown, 75, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2013, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation, with no services at this time. He was born April 24, 1938 in Conesville, Ohio, to the late Charles Ralph Bown and Kathryn Julia Bailey Bown. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was an airport manager. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Charles Ralph Bown and Kathryn Julia Bailey Bown; 1 Brother: Robin Brown; and 4 Sisters: Jeanene Cantrell, Nancy Brown, Lynda Stiffler, and Patty Metheney. Survivors include 1 Brother: Donny Bown of Pleasant Shade, TN; 4 Sisters: Joyce A. Helmick and Kathy Stiffler, both of Gainesboro, TN.
