Billy "Hamper" Rush, 65, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Overton County Nursing and Rehab Center in Livingston, TN. The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home at this time. He was born August 26, 1951, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Fred Rush and Pearl Rush. He was a factory worker at Heavy Duty. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Fred D. Rush. Survivors include 1 Son: Paul Rush; 1 Daughter: Jessica Rush; 2 Brothers: Joe Rush and Charles Rush; and 3 Sisters: Patricia Bennett, MaryAnn Litchford, and Helen Sue Matthews.
