Graveside services for Billy C. Philpot 78, of Granville, TN, will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Everyone will meet at the cemetery on Saturday. He passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Upper Cumberland Hospice in Cookeville, TN. He was born August 22, 1936, in Jackson County, TN, to the late James William "Bill" Philpot and Hallie Eliza Burgess Philpot. He was a pipeline worker and a farmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Pat Philpot. Survivors include 2 Sisters: Carmella Amonette and Jeaneal (David L.) Randolph, both of Cookeville, TN; 1 Niece: LeAnn Delk; 2 Nephews: Bill Randolph and Jack Amonette; and 2 Great-Nephews: Alex and Wes Delk.
