Billie Carol Barlow Tramel was born December 20, 1950, in Jackson County, TN, and she passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital at the age of 72.
She was the daughter of the late Dalton Dual Barlow and Evelyn Phann Barlow. She was a kindergarten teacher, and a resident of Lebanon, TN.
Survivors include her Daughters: Linda Faye Haven of Springfield, TN, Melissa Martin of Cave City, KY, and Barbara Barnes of Lafayette, TN; Brother: Sammy Barlow of Gainesboro, TN; Sister: Shirley Bull of MI; Grandchildren: Dusty, Crystal, Tyler, Ashley, Corey, Summer, Chris, and Savannah; and 24 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN, with Dickie Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Antioch Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M., and Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
