Bettye Sue Hoover

Bettye Sue Hoover was born April 4, 1941 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at The Waters of Winchester at the age of 84.

Bettye was the daughter of Brunos D. Hoover and Nannie E. Jones Hoover.  She was of Church of Christ faith and a homemaker.

Preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Richmond Hoover, Joe Hoover, Bill Hoover and Frank Hoover; sister, Barbara Hoover.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Charlene Hoover of Englewood, FL; nephews Denny (Lisa) Hoover of Hilham, TN;  John (Lora) Hoover of Leoma, TN; great nieces, Andrea Hoover of Carlisle, PA, Hannah Hoover of Hendersonville, TN and  Alyssa Abigail Hoover of Cookeville, TN

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home and again on Friday from 10 am to 11 am.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Friday, April 25, 2025 in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating.  Burial will follow in Overton Cemetery.
