Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ann Fox Christian, 47, of Rickman, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Christian passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at her residence. She was born December 8, 1961, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Carl and Lucille Heady Fox. On July 8, 1989, she was married to Billy Christian, who survives. She was a homemaker and housewife, and affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents: Lee and Dora Fox; and her Maternal Grandparents: Clarence and Hazel Heady. Survivors include her Husband: Billy Christian of Rickman, TN; 1 Daughter: Valeri Phillips of Sparta, TN; 1 Grandchild: Rayanna Phillips; 3 Brothers: Albert Lee (Miranda) Fox of Gordonsville, TN, Jacky (Pamela) Fox of Rock Island, TN, and Carl Fox, Jr. and fianc Denise Scott of Hilham, TN; and 1 Sister: Sallie (Bill) Seeback of Elmwood, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Chris Dickens will officiate at the services.
