Bernice Lee Davidson

Funeral services for Mr. Bernice Lee Davidson, 80, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, September 13, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 - 9 P.M., Tuesday from 1 - 9 P.M., and on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mr. Davidson passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2006, at his residence. He was born December 15, 1925, in Gainesboro to the late John Thomas Davidson & Olda Bennett Davidson. On September 2, 1946, he was married to Reba Doris Gay Davidson, who survives. Mr. Davidson was a retired furniture store owner. He was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Johnny L. Davidson. Survivors include his wife: Reba Doris Gay Davidson of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons: Richard Lee Davidson of Gainesboro, TN, and Thomas Eugene Davidson of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Deborah Faye Stone of Northville, Michigan; and 4 Sisters: Frances Lucille (Grover) Meadows and Fannie Earlene Hamlet, both of Gainesboro, TN, and Betty Craigmile and Barbara Jo (Ralph) Sanders, both of Lebanon, TN. 12 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren also survive.
