Bayless Eugene Buck

Bayless Eugene Buck was born September 24, 1934, in Jackson County, TN, and he passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at his daughter’s residence in Gainesboro, TN, at the age of 88.

He was the son of the late Byrd Cordell Buck and Ozina Grace Phillips Buck. On September 16, 1959, he was married to Carolyn Buck, who survives. He was a logger, and a member of the Pleasant Hill Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Grandson: Dustin Buck.

Survivors include his Wife: Carolyn Buck of Gainesboro, TN; Sons: Randy (Mary) Buck, Mark (Lila) Buck, and Russell (Kendra) Buck all of Gainesboro, TN; Daughter: Margie Murphy of Gainesboro, TN; Grandchildren: Rachel Buck, Trinity Buck, Brittany and Tyler Murphy; and Great Grandchildren: Braylen Ledbetter Buck and Essence Nicole Murphy.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 2 P.M. at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Jackson County, TN, with Bro. James Bybee officiating. Visitation at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 10 A.M. until 1:15 P.M.
