Barry Hamlet

Barry Robert Hamlet, 55, was born December 11, 1968, in Jackson County, TN, and he passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

He was the son of the late Robert Clay Hamlet and Linda Lou Raines Hamlet. Barry worked in food management prior to his becoming disabled. His belief was with the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his spouse: James Storer; mother: Linda Lou Raines Hamlet of Cookeville, TN.  Many other relatives and friends survive.

He was preceded in death by his father: Robert Clay Hamlet and his grandparents: BA Hamlet, Margie Hamlet, Marshall Raines, and Lucille Raines.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 12 P.M. in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating. Visitation will begin Friday from 11 A.M. until the time of services. Burial will follow in Pharris Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help assist the family with funeral expenses by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
