Barbara Sue Burroughs

Funeral services for Barbara Sue Burroughs, 62, of Granville, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5 P.M. - 9 P. M., and Sunday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born January 12, 1950, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Clyde Hamlet and Judy Goolsby Hamlet. She was a factory worker, and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Sons: Dwayne and Jeffery Burroughs. Survivors include her Special Friend: Ralph Burroughs of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Johnny (Reita) Hamlet of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sisters: Anna Allen and Joyce (Bob) Carroll, all of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sisters-in-Law: Ellie Reyes of CT, and Jessie Gardner of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Brother-in- Law: John Burroughs, Jr. of CA.
