Avery John Notgrass

Funeral services for Avery John Notgrass, age 16 months, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at the Stevens Street Baptist Church in Cookeville, TN. There will be a private family burial. The family will receive friends on Friday at the Bridge Community Church in Gainesboro from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M. Visitation on Saturday will be at the Stevens Street Baptist Church in Cookeville from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. He was born January 26, 2011, in Cookeville, TN, to John and Audra Notgrass. He was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Melody Notgrass and Glory Notgrass. Survivors include his Parents: John and Audra Notgrass of Cookeville, TN; his Maternal Grandparents: John and Diana Thrower of Troy, MO; his Paternal Grandparents: Ray and Charlene Notgrass of Gainesboro, TN; his Maternal Great Grandparents: Jim and Gale Shrum of Lonedell, MO; and his Paternal Great Grandparents: Stanley and Evelyn Krantz of Ashland City, TN. Several aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends also survive. Ken Lewis, John Thrower, and Ray Notgrass will officiate at the service.
